Loan your bike to ZG for a new screen?

Anyone want to loan their CBR250R to Zero Gravity so they can design some bigger windscreens for us?

Thanks for the suggestion. This may be a bit overkill for a 250 but we'll take it into consideration. We can make the screen that will fit the complex mounting system. That should be no problem. The problem is getting a bike in our shop we can take apart. We can't do that with a brand new bike we get from the dealer. We're waiting for a customer to step up and let us use his bike for a couple of weeks....

I agree! Anyone in the SoCal area that could loan the bike to ZG for a better windscreen would be doing us all a huge favor. I'm sure they'll give you a free windscreen for letting them borrow your bike (and if you don't like it you could always donate it to me :P)

Zero Gravity is still looking for a loaner bike in the SoCal area so they can develop a larger windscreen for us if anyone is interested in a free windscreen.

We've finished our prototypes and are waiting to find a customer who will loan us his bike for a couple of weeks so we can do fit testing and shaping the screen to the body lines. It's been difficult finding such a person. I'll make sure you're on the list of people we contact when we have them finished. Sorry for the wait....ZG

Hi Glenn,
I'm posting this message on the CBR250 Forum, so your search will be easier.
I suppose your research center is in the US, I am not so it is even more difficult for me to loan you my bike from Italy.
Anyway, on the forum there are many many owners from US-Canada and I really think someone will be glad to cooperate
with you. Zero Gravity has a great name!
Just grant them one screen for free when the task is completed!

Thanks again,
Mario
They still look for someone.
Come on guys! It's for the science!!!

I would do it. I'm only like 30-40 minutes from camarillo.

I had a Zero Gravity touring screen on my 250 Ninja, and very good it was as well.

I tried calling. Wouldn't mind giving my bike for a little. I don't ride it every day.

I find it interesting that the guys who are supposed to be the big dogs when it comes to wind screens are so far behind the power curve. I can think of three maybe even four companies that already offer a replacement for us. It sounds like they offer a great product but I wonder what there hook will be to beat those on the market who already has product out there. I am picking my puig from the post office tomorrow about 60ish shipped (IIRC) I wonder if they could of beat that price.

Learning how to go fast is more important to me then doing it. That is why I ride a cbr250r.
