Anyone Have A Delkavic SL10 or DL10?

Looking to finally replace my stock can with a slip-on, but I'm looking for something relatively quiet.
Originally wanted a Yoshi, but way too loud. Akrapovic is nice, but wicked expensive. Leo Vince seems to be somewhere in the middle, but I can only find the loud Corsa.
Landed on the Delkavic USA site and the 14" SL10 and DL10 seem really nice at half the cost of an Akrapovic.
I'm also attracted by the fact that these meet UK sound laws.
Anyone here have one of these on their CBR250R and can maybe give me a bit more insight?

I've got a Delkevic 14" carbon fiber oval on mine and it is louder than stock. With the baffle in, it's not enough to anger the neighbors, but you definitely know it's running! I've never tried it without the baffle. After running it for a few thousand miles, I'm really pleased with the sound. I may be wrong, but I think the shorter it is, the louder it will be...

This is the one I have:
Stubby 14" Carbon Fiber Oval Muffler to fit CBR250R (2011-2014)

That's exactly what I'm looking for. I had a Two Brothers full system on my old Ninja250R and that thing would set all the neighbor's dogs to barking!!
I expect it to be louder than stock, but I just don't want it to be obnoxious.
I finally settled on the 14" carbon fiber DL10 and ordered one from Delkevic USA this afternoon. It's almost identical to yours, but with the "slashcut" end pipe.
They seem to make a good product and you can't beat the price at 1/2 of what an Akrapovic goes for and free shipping.
Thanks for the input. Reassures me that I made a good purchase.

In my experience, they do make a good product. I hope it turns out to be what you expected!

Wow! Turns out it is BETTER than I expected.
Installed it this week and took my first ride today after waiting 24 hours for the gaskets to cure.
About as loud as I expected, even with the baffle (if I really wanted QUIET I would have ordered an 18" with a baffle AND db killer), but man, what a SWEET tone!
Not raspy or sharp like the Yoshi's or a Two Brothers' I've heard at all.
It's all deep, throaty bass tones and I think the carbon fiber only adds a little mellowing.
I can't believe this pipe can make a 250cc single sound so good. It's not at all like the complaints I've heard about slip-ons making the CBR sound like a dirt bike.
The deep "rumble" on deceleration is definitely going to be addicting.
Amazingly, when at speed it doesn't sound all that much louder than the stock can, but man at lower rpms it sounds like a MUCH bigger bike.
To say I'm happy with my purchase would be a vast understatement.
I freakin' LOVE this Delkevic and how it's completely changed the personality of an already phenomenal bike!

I missed this thread earlier. I've got the same one as Darren in 14". Put about 3k miles on it attached to my 250R then modified it to fit my 300R and it's done about 13k miles on that bike.
Glad you are happy with your purchase, like you said they are excellent value for money compared to the top line slip ones and have a nice note particularly on deacceleration. I've always run it with the baffle in.
I have found that it's got noisier with age tho and these days is probably verging on being a touch loud for my liking. It probably just needs a repack but I won't bother as I plan on selling the bike this summer (your winter).

2014 CBR300R (sold)
2007 SV650 (track bike)
2004 XR250R (dirt bike)

With that many miles on it and considering it's initial cost, I probably wouldn't bother with a repack either.
I wrote to Delkevic, letting them know how pleased I was with the new muffler and got a nice response back.
Great, responsive company that makes an outstanding product.
I'm surprised more people don't consider the Delkevic as an option instead of mufflers costing twice as much.
The tone of this muffler is exactly what I was looking for and a couple of friends with Suzuki Gixxers are mightily impressed with how my CBR250R sounds now.
