Question Replacement instrument cluster

Silly me, I ordered a replacement instrument cluster off eBay (I know...) and now I have an instrument cluster which displays the wrong indicator signals when activated (ie shows left when indicating right, indicator flashed right thankfully); the speedo jumps about and in the cold it sometimes will simply show 0!; and the reset button on the trip meter doesnít do anything at all.

I replaced my original display as literally ALL the SMD LEDs blew, and I thought it would just be easier to order a replacement display rather than learning how to solder and de-solder SMD LEDs (which isnít a simple task given level of precision, temperature control etc).

Any advice - is. Where I can get a replacement instrument cluster delivered to Australia, or whether I should start practicing SMD soldering...

Thank you for any advice, much appreciated.
