Two Brother exhaust issue...

Recently i got the two brothers exhaust

I like the loudness of it and it sounds amazing. People notice you! especially in NYC traffic. There seems to be a little problem though. I had the bike shut down on me about three times in the period of 5 days. I believe all of the times were when i had the clutch pulled in the whole way and was shifting gears.
A friend who knows bikes said that I'm loosing back pressure & that i need a power commander (so expensive) otherwise i might burn my injectors.

Any suggestions?

I did the installation myself and i have double checked everything (tightness) and all seems fine.

The random cutout is a known issue with the CBR250R. There is no fix that I am aware of.

Put the decibel killer insert in. I had the same issue on first startup with my Leo Vince when I had the insert removed. Too lean and it would die with any throttle. It ran fine, and started back up fine on the second start, but just adding the insert back in cured my problem.

You can get a generic decibel insert off of ebay that you can lightly modify to work. I don't have a Two Bros, so I can't say which ones fit and which ones don't. But they shouldn't take much to fit right. Maybe someone with a Two Bros can chime in here. I think there was a thread on this at some time with the silencer issue and someone got one to fit off ebay, but I can't seem to find it right now.
