A pipe would have to help in the speed department u would think aswell. Tucked in with air box lid off and yoshi with baffle out I've had 165 on flat. I know everyone has different thought on air box and pipes but mine definantly went better with lid off and baffle out it just dosnt like starting first time.

i think it looks good, but not the best. also the track looks little bit short. atleast you are enjoying the ride thats what matters.

Looks like you had fun, Robbo, and that's what counts. You collected a laundry list of things to improve either mechanical or technique for next time, so pick up whatever gear you need, turn some wrenches on the bike and the mind, and there will be improvement for next time.

Practice makes perfect, keep it up!

cheers,

Once you get used to that sound and learn to expect it, you automatically hear any difference. If you don't hear any, that's good." -- Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

I'm not sure who "Katie Lynn" is but she's getting some real prominent advertising in on your photos. J/K Hope you had a blast!

C'mon, sko sko sko!

I wasn't worried about the "technical" side of riding as I wasnt pushing for speed. You cant think of too many things at once, one piece at a time to form the puzzle correctly. Turns 2 and 3, alot of riders take the wrong lines, I was really trying to positions myself in the best spot so when I do push for speed, ill know the quickest route.

I can guarantee the photos next month, you'll see me hanging off the side and ill be SUB 40's lol

Looks awesome mate, I'll have to come join you some time soon haha (if I can get time off work lol, weekends are terrible for riding for me :\)

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say you signed up with caferacers? Of all the places I've asked they seem to be the major Mallala trackday-ers?
