A description of the issue, including what led up to it, and of course a link to the video would help.

Has it been run low on oil at any point?

Have the valves been checked recently?

It is also possible the cam chain tensioner isn't working properly, but it's hard to say.

no the oil changing has done properly, mechanic told me it might be Valve clearance or tensor problem. but just want to make sure if someone has this same issue.

The sound is definitely something to do with the valve train. The first thing to check is the Cam Chain Tensioner. They are pretty cheap so I would just buy a new one test it out. Past that it could just be the valve clearance could be too much.

Has this sound started all of a sudden or has it gradually gotten louder?

How many km's on the bike?

Source of the noise could be the cam chain tensioner, as others have suggested. But I'd also have the valve clearance checked, and adjusted if clearance is found out of specification.

Some people have had problems with the cam chain tensioners and some early models had a tendency to have their valve clearance out of specs though the latter one should have been corrected on the very first service after 1000km.
