If someone is offended, so be it. This is a machine that can kill you.

Re: Anyone else not trust their kickstand?

Yeah people are killed every day by parked bikes falling over.

This is a parking issue not a riding issue.
Since when has it been OK to purposely try to strip a person of his or her dignity?

I guess I'm the weirdo. I try to be respectful to others and leave the school yard antics in the yard.

Re: Anyone else not trust their kickstand?

That's not directed at you personally but rather all of us in general. I think you know what I mean.

New inexperienced riders come here for help & guidance. Its kinda sucky when they reach out to us and we bite em in the arse so to speak.

Its hard enough as it is to post something of a somewhat embarrassing nature. No need to add insult to injury.

Don't beat yourself up MS. This forums got its fare share of 'Peter [friggin'] Perfects'. You and others play an important role on this forum, that being to call time on BS when needed

misstrusting a sooo proven design after a "parking situation"... seems not too humble to me - rather the opposite. seems like someone´s not in for learning.
no need to pamper that as i see it.

Sorry George but my point was a generalisation to those who take a holier than thou approach when posting.

FFS, lets cut people some slack when they volunteer info about themselves on this site.
