"Creaky" front brake

I've noticed when I pull the front brakes now, there is a bit of a sticking and audible noise coming from the front master cylinder.

I'm assuming a Master Cylinder rebuild kit will fix it?

If it's working well, you could remove the lever and clean/lube everything including the lever pivot before disassembling and rebuilding the master.

I've already greased the contact parts and the lever pin, but there is still the creaking.

I end up just pulling the master cylinder apart, cleaning all of the components, lubing everything with brake fluid (as per manual) and re-assembling. After bleeding the system the brakes are working as normal, without any clicking or grinding.
