I have a 1972 CL350 that keeps cutting out and losing power. Carbs and tank were recently cleaned ans filters were installed. Motor is getting fuel into it.

Basically what is happening is the bike will lose power after it heats up. It'll idle fine and be driveable for a few minutes, then it'll lose power. It cuts oun will slowly lose revs and be unresponsive to the throttle. Plugs spark and are clean and gapped correctly.

Try removing the carbs....replacing the rest of the bike with a cbr250r....and then throw away the carbs previously removed!

Good luck fixing your ride but this may not be the best forum to ask advice, but who knows maybe someone will chime in with some helpful info.

Leak in the fuel line?

When it dies, open the gas cap.

If you hear a rush of air or it starts right back, your tank vent is clogged.
