The Jay Newton Racing Home Page 2011 Honda CBR250R, with Jay Newton at the controls took 2nd place in E Superstock at the WERA race at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama last weekend. It was a wet race, but the Bridgestone rain tires gave him the grip he needed to put in a solid performance. In the dry LW Solo 16 race on the day prior, he finished an impressive 10th out of 16, racing against not only the other 250's, but also the SV650's and GP125's and MD250's.:D

Wet, dry, wet, dry. It was a tough call for tire choice, but we ran the BT-003's on Saturday, and stuck with the Battleax rains on Sunday. Luckily, it was the right choice. Oh, and we watched the radar very closely!!!:D
