Thx to many of you who posted answers regarding my questions when my 2012 CBR250r ABS got stuck in gear (several times) in Chicago city traffic (not fun at all) . The dealership called me today and told me the bike had a "faulty gear shift spindle". Part is ordered and they can fix it.
This is a bit suprising that the bike only has 8 miles on it and had 1 mile on it whe I bought it brand new. Bottom line is that there are bikes coming off the line that are not as they should be. Period.
Just wanted to give you all a heads-up. Hopefully you'll never have this problem.
