Has anyone found a 420 pitch front sprocket for the CBR250R? I've checked with a bunch of custom sprocket makers (PMP, SprocketSpecialists, RebelGears, Rushgears), but no luck. A 418 or 415 pitch would probably also work.

I realize this question has shown up on other posts, but I thought having its own post might draw attention. I would love to reduce my sprocket/chain weight - a bunch of the EX250s and R3s I compete against have lightened their rotating mass, and I need to keep up with the Jones's.

Any help appreciated.

Just saw this thread, I'm calling around absolutely EVERYWHERE this week trying to find a set. I will snag a spare set for you if I can find a company to do them. Everyone I've talked to have said it's a seat of the pants difference for sure. If we ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO we may buy the 30 sets and stick the remainder on ebay or something. If we could get a group buy going on here I know we could move them eventually.

I would be in for a couple of sets - making sure I have replacements as they wear out. Let me know if you find anything. I've come up dry. The closest I've come is Kinzer Naylor Racing, who said they have 415 sets, but need a few weeks to get their manufacturer going again. Not holding my breath.
