Angel Eye 7 Hid Projector

Guys need your help..
i am planning to install Hid Projector & Angel Eye in my CBR250r.. Will it drain more Battery power and eventually damage the battery ?
if yes, please recommend a Perfect HID kit that is best suited for CBR250r .

Also can i install only Angel eye(without HID projector) along with the original headlight (i mean if possible)?
Will that be effective in saving battery life

the only time a headlight should drain the battery is when the key is turned on and the bike is not running. otherwise the alternator should be providing enough power for any headlight.
