I spoke with the company you suggested and I am getting $67.50 per brake lever if I want to order...PLUS shipping which they have not confirmed yet. I may not go through with it.

When do you expect them to be in?

I wouldn't be suprised if it is about 300%. The company I order some of these parts from - Tsukigi Racing (because I could pay through paypal) had a 290% markup from the "Bikers Sale price" (after conversions of course). This markup makes the parts much more expensive so hopefully the quality is excellent.
