Just drove home 50clicks and Love love love this bike!

The engine's good. shifting is good. handling as well.

Only thing i don't like are the mirrors. Has anyone tried moving them out more?

I didn't like them much at first. I think you'll find a good spot after some more adjusting.

Just push the arms they move around in an arc. They're still pretty worthless.

by out.. i meant ... moving them out onto the handlebars.

I'll probably get use to them, but I know they can be better placed and will attempt a mod to do so

mine work great, just rotate arms till their at the furthest width.
then adjust the mirrors.mine are more that adequate.
and i think that the mirrors mounted as such look aggressively
sporty,a good look imo.

nice looking ride.
looks just like mine.

Congrats! Looks great. Like everyone suggested... just keep playing with the mirrors. They aren't great but if you get them as wide as possible they do the job.

I plan to mount the little smal disc mirrors in the corners of the stock mirrors.

Yeah. I'll take the advice of everyone here. I'll keep playing till I find a good adjustment. It may just be because i'm an abnormally tall guy with wide shoulders for... this bike. I feel comfortable on it otherwise.

If all else fails, aftermarket mirrors could be a good choice for my first mod:)

7point62: post some pics if you ever get around to doing that

(Anyone have a cool drink holder mod on their bike?) I do my morning coffee runs in my car, but now that i have this .... :)

Thanks. It's Cultus Lake here in British Columbia. Its roughly 6 km² i'd say, most people go fishing, wakeboarding & windsurfing on it. Though, there are some pretty amazing hiking trails around it as well, if that's your thing.

I have a kiteboard that I might try this summer on it. Hopefully I won't get stuck out in the middle if the wind dies down!
