Also beware that if the adjuster doesn't seem to be working right, the upper 10 mm nut may have come loose also. This has caused confusion on the forum a few times. It is supposed to stay tight to lock the threaded rod into the piston of the master cylinder but both nuts came loose on mine so they were both just turning and no adjustment was happening. I had to carefully hold the threaded rod in the middle with some needle nose vise grips to retighten the upper nut first so that turning it would actually turn the threads in and out of the brake pedal at the bottom.
