Looking for any tips or info you all might know about where to find these items I have been searching on Google but I do live in HI, and I realize the US does not have many parts out yet, so please be kind....

Red break/clutch levers?
Red Mugen Seat/s, or other similar product
Frame Sliders, black or red (This is my first bike! )
Red Chain - what style, number of link etc should I get
Assembly to remove all the plastic from the rear? (liscence plate holder?)

Seat - try a automotive trimmer they should be able to replicate the mugen seat using your stock seat

About the seat, do you mean like an upholstery place?

I googled about a red chain...I know we need an O-ring chain but does anyone else know about how many links? (is there any other info needed to purchase the correct chain?)
Lastly, can our bikes used red anodized levers that work with any other CBR model????

yeah any 1/2 decent upholstery place should be able to do it if u provide a picture
