I positively hope that it would work. Coz I haven't faced this problem yet, and I believe in the experience of Tamir. So, do what he suggested.I guess one or two of the comments below happen, maybe together:
1. You do not make sure to pin the nozzle to the stoper (as deep as possible).
2. As the fuel tank begins to filling you should accordingly reduce the fuel flow from the fuel pump.
The entrance for the Over Flow Paip is at the top, adjacent to the tank fuel filling opening, you cause the fuel to "foaming" and rise-up and then the Over Flow Paip go into action.
