Thanks Luke for the input. I was not trying to discuss the philisophical differences between abs or non abs though. Some bikes do have a switch, maybe more dual sport bikes granted. It does seem like something that people on this bike might be interested in having. Good or bad to switch it on or off, I don't know.
I dont really see a good reason to want to turn it off if you got it. Perhaps you might go down a road though someday, full of dirt, or whatever throws abs brakes into a funky mode, and you say darn, wish I could turn this thing off for a bit. I'm just wondering, instead of changing the wiring and adding switches and what not, couldnt you just pull the fuse? I don't know. I don't own one yet. I was just kinda throwin it out there.
