As long as your rear brake is in good condition, ie pads ok, disc clean, fluid level fine, no air in the system, and the fluid less than 12 months old, its as strong as you'll ever need.

I won't waste a lot of time reiterating all the sound advise and suggestions others have given you in this thread. These guys all know what they are talking about.

To answer your question: Sure it's maybe possible to find a larger rotor to swap out, as long as it has the same bolt pattern. You would also have to come up with a different carrier bracket to reposition the caliper, which would be the bigger nut to crack. Where do you think you might find those parts? It's very unlikely you would find a carrier bracket anywhere that will just bolt up. If you have access to a CNC machine shop, then you might be in business. With enough time and money, almost anything is possible.

If you're interested in the easy solution to your perceived problem, as others have already said... Get some performance brake pads, and start using your front brake more.

When I got my bike, it took at least 300 miles for the brakes to bed in, they weren't very good at first, but now they're fine. The back I find is very good, with plenty of feel. The harder you brake on the front, the less traction there is on your rear wheel, so it's not good to have a rear that locks up too easy. You can lock it if you brake hard enough. That's all you need. Your front brake is the most important by far, it's going to stop you much, much faster than the rear. ;)
