CBR250R Starting up issues

I bought this new CBR250r last month ...many a times engine shuts down becz of not pulling it in a proper way coz i am new ...but my doubt is if it shuts down in second gear suppose and when i hold the clutch and hit the start button it doesn't start up..even if i use the kill switch off and then on and hit the start still the same it doesn't start up..
So i have to off it with the kill switch get it on neutral and then start normally (it's time consuming).
Is it a problem or is this the way it works for cbr250r ?

Yeah, I just tested mine out. It's not a happy camper when it shuts down, but it starts back up with some difficulty when it is left in gear. I think you should always start the bike in neutral so it doesn't lurch if it's in gear and the clutch isn't fully disengaged.
I have restarted mine in gear multiple times without much issue..just holding the clutch all the way in.
It should start so long as the clutch lever is pulled in and the kick stand is up. If it's not cranking over and the stand is up it might be a finicky kick stand switch. It could be something else (inside the transmission) but the stand switch be the simplest, easiest place to start.

I've had a few bikes that would stall the engine if you released the clutch with the kick stand down but this is the first one I've ever seen that won't let you start it with the kick stand down unless the tranny is in neutral. However, as long as the stand is up and the clutch is disengaged, I am able to start mine in gear.
Thank you frnds for your replies ....And tell you it starts up in gear at the beginning in stand still position ...But it fails to start when it has a sudden shut down while riding ...and when pressed the start button there's no cranking sound of the engine or anything else ...just like completely dead

Something is wrong with the bike, not you! Take it to your dealer.
Hard to understand your english, but it sounds like you say you are stalling it by being choppy with the throttle, or the bike is stalling due to poor fuel quality etc?

But if you are restarting wait till the fuel pump does its thing, and never use throttle when thumbing the starter.

(If I have read this wrong ignore)
I have intentionally shut off the bike with the kill switch while riding in the neighborhood (i was curious about something) and been able to start it right up with the bike rolling and in gear just fine (clutch in of course).

I agree with Auffit's comment, you need to let the fuel pump do its thing when you first start the engine.
Hello frnds thanks for the responses ..i found the solution for problem of starting the bike in gear ..The mistake i was doing was trying to pull the clutch full in and then hitting the start button hence it won't start but if i pull the clutch a half or a slightly more and hit the start button it starts ok with no issues and also in any gear...
