i snagged a decent Black 2012 ceebee 2shifty (my first real shifter bike) for 700$us from a local sales ad

its been down on both sides has some crooked rear sets, busted fairings and one mirror But this thing is a A GREAT RIDE!

a bit over 17,000 miles when i walked up to buy it with NO oil in the case and a sweet yoshi pipe with a white header haha :crying:
I have faith (foolish?) in Honda engines so I dropped in a quart of mobile 1 and drove her home!

Its been 30 or so miles gonna flush the oil and keep on cruising
it pulls dead even with my buddies 2012 cbr250 w 2bros slip on He's 150lbs I'm 270lbs NOT TO BAD!

haha Its a little cramped but thats parts of the fun lol I'm coming from Honda elite 50 2stroke with all kinds of work done.
I'm gonna have to put my small buddy on the scooter for a heads up drag race against me on the new 250 I know the scooter will do nearly 70mph!

looks like the front wheel is bent didnt notice that at first but all in all with some fancy ziptie work a soldering iron and looks like a couple hundred more bucks (after i run a compression test and check out the head) this thing is going to be my new favorite toy!
A buddy of mine and I stripped her down to do some plastic repair and deal with the lack of front end lighting.
Found the "metal noises" my test rider originally reported it was just an old busted turn signal; and washers bouncing around
Found the head light socket burnt and melted into a glob onto the bulb. OH NOOO
pulled the light bucket and dash to find the main harness pinched under the instrument panel.
The lume was rubbed away and one of the wires was bare exposed! not even upset to to see this further inspection of the harness was good looks fine!

Patched up the scratch on the harness replaces the headlight clip on the front harness and she had light! for now ill hand signal untill my sweet 7$ turn signals show up hehe !
Once the engine checks out I'm planning to order up some angry brake pads and start looking into tires when i find a new front wheel
I'm real close to PBIR so im thinking this might need a r6 shock and the front resprung sooner then later! the budget build continues threw in 2 pictures from the carshow i rode the bike to from the original post
