my problem with the clutch is that i sometimes cannot get off neutral to first. it's really annoying. sometimes i can go to second then first. when this doesnt work, i put the peg down and up again and might work. if not; bike of and on again (just like with the computer)

I've had this issue with all 4 manual tranny bikes, including the 250r. Problems worse when tranny is hot. Solution is shift to the gear you want (probably N) BEFORE bike stops.
