Here are the standard maps supplied with the DFC plus a couple I'm running at the moment.

They're not spectacular but combined with a +3 adjustment on closed loop and ( at present) a +5 setting on the top range screw adjuster I'm pretty happy with them.

I'm curious of your setup. I recently installed a Two Brothers Full Exhaust System and Juice Box Pro(basically identical to the DFC). I noticed the two maps that come with the system are the standard setup and one for a slip-on. Could you imagine a big difference between the slip-on and a full system in regard to the fuel controller setup?

Thanks,
Doug

The reality is that because of the closed loop self adjustment the maps only have a limited effect at or near full throttle. The most effective adjustment is the closed loop tweak which operates ( I believe) most of the time. I run this at +3% with my baffled Leo Vince full system. I also have a foam air filter fitted and the air injection removed.

If you want maximum output regardless of increased fuel consumption the closed loop adjustment can be set to +5% or more.

The performance above 9000 rpm ( and full throttle) will be determined by how much air the engine is pumping through and this is mostly determined by the silencer. I can get significantly more performance running with racing exhaust baffles but the noise is deafening. So I have the top end map values near zero and apply the adjustment mentioned above using the top range screw.

So to summarise the maps don't have much effect the other adjustments are what count.

hi roadster any new maps or progress with your dfc lately, its very hard to find cbr250r maps for this thing, obviously i am after performance over economy, cheers
Nothing new from me. I am happy with my set up and haven't made any more changes. The amount of air being pumped through your engine is what governs the power output. Once you have the corresponding correct amount of fuel injected there is no fuel controller that can improve it further. ( Though optimising the ignition timing might help a bit.)

Excuse my ignorance but what does closed loop adjustment and top range mean? Is that +3 on midrange and 5 on top?
