Four Days Riding in Death Valley

Just read through your ride report, excellent write up.

Have to say that is one stunning photo you've got there with the coyote standing in the road, and the snow capped mountain range in the background... well done. Seriously, I'd say that is a photo worthy of National Geographic magazine.

Thank you, Mike. I had a feeling that you as a Westerner would be interested. You'd have a good time in Death Valley on your dual sport...we could only cover a fraction of the the available miles on pure street bikes. Dual sport is definitely the right kind of bike to get the most enjoyment out of the park.

That coyote photo was just one of those fortuitous moments. I wish I'd had a better camera...that's just a photo from my iPhone 6S. Not bad for the web but there's not a lot of resolution in it for making nice prints. But as they say, the best camera to use is the one you've got with you!

Wow, that was a great read. Really makes me want to do it myself some day, despite the various "inconveniences".
