Woot got my "M" endorsement this morning!

Finished the BRC class yesterday was fun but I'm glad it's over.

Unexpected results... I did learn I DO not like the smaller cruisers they had a lot of Kawasaki Intruders(what I had to ride). Little to small for my legs and size.

People taking the class, there only two out of 11 that had sports bikes the rest of them if they had a bike it was Harley's and Victory. Oh the other sport bike owner had a ninja 250.

I made the mistake of assuming the lower seat height of those cruisers would be easier to handle and passed up a weekend on a TU250X. Doh!

Congrats on your success. I agree, smaller cruisers bite!

Congrats - I've tried some of the smaller cuisers, Honda Rebel etc, and also found them very cramped. I lot of the rider training schools here use them. I'm 6'2" and 200 pounds and find the CBR surprisingly comfortable for a small bike.

In my class I was making a beeline for the lone TU250X and a guy beat me to it! I was left standing like a chump next to a Yamaha Virago 250 Twin:

Feet-forward controls and ponderous steering...was murder handling it in the "box"!

I tried a Honda Rebel at my course and felt like a bear on a tricycle. Slow speed maneuvers were tough.

Congrats on getting the "M" I had to ride an intruder as well during my BRC. I thought it was comfortable at the time but after the CBR 250 I know cruisers are not for me.
