Well I was comin home today and it was wet out so when I turned in to my complex I lost control of the tail and the bike fell on the shifter goin about 1 or 2mph and the only damage i got was the shift bent alittle but now Im having problems shifting down it shift up perfectly but down suck it shift but I have try a bunch of times or I got to slow down before getin to a stop and cycle down the gear very very slow does anyone have any clue on what this might be any help would be great thanks

You'll have to get a new-

gearlever
gear lever monting bolt (If yours is binding the shifter)
Rod (Yours is bent)

Maybe someone here with the parts manual can advise the correct terminology & part numbers please?

From the pics it looks like the lever is now hitting the rod. when you try to shift. You could take the lever off and straighten it and probably bend the rod straight with your hands.

Yup, a hammer and vise may fix the problem; just go at it gently. Also, a box end wrench works pretty well to straighten the "toe piece". This is a common fix with dirt bikes still using the OEM pot metal shift lever.
