Old ex Duke Darmah rider here. Endorse everything said above. I got mine for the commuter role...and occasional weekend blast, and it's all true...its an awesome bike.
If I had to say the most surprising thing (other than the incredible fuel economy), it would be its torquey mini thumper motor in the city/metro areas....no need to wring its neck to get ahead of the pack at the lights...but if you want to...that little 250cc loves it!
