Hi all,

Proud new owner of a 2012 black CBR250, purchased at Western Honda in Scottsdale, AZ. Coming from a Buddy 125, this thing rocks!! Having a blast and getting similar gas mileage = win.

Taking another MSF course on Saturday per the wife's request, and after that, the CBR is my commuter!! Can't WAIT!!!

P.S. How many of ya'll considered a Ninja 300 first? That was my first pick, but the deal on the CBR was too good to pass up. That and it's a Honda... heard enough B.S. about the crappy QC on the Kawi i.e. poor fairing fittings, etc...

Welcome. We also evolved from the scooter world and we love our CBRs. Never gave much thought to a Kawi since the Honda dealer is right down the street and the CBR received such good reviews. Besides, you meet the nicest people on a Honda.

Did consider the ninja 250 because the ninja 300 wasn't out yet, but chose the honda over the ninja for 3 reasons.

1. Its a Honda
2. It has fuel injection
3. Better interest rate and slightly cheaper

I love this byke… Ninja 300 has good design looks more sporty…
i would prefer Ninja
As i have Ninja and i have compared it with CBR250 … you would be missing it …

but don't worry you have a Honda byk !!!!!!! hurray !!!!
