Just bought my first bike, black 2013!!! After throwing around a scooter for the last 8 months I simply cannot wait for it to arrive!!! If anyone has any tips on how to pass the time until mid next week it will be greatly appreciated :)

I look forward to getting great advice from everyone and being part of the community! Peace out!

@Lls.......Feel your pain sista!! I'm awaiting my 500ra and won't be receiving it until end of April. Sold my 250 so I'm without a bike. Hard being patient but, it's snowing again! C'est la vie ;)

as brain now perceives motorcycling as 'important'
you can supplement and add to this natural response
by [eg] watching moto3/2/gp which is downloadable
free from thepiratebay.. just watching [feeding photons
carrying imagery into various neuronal processes]
say, casey stoner australian motorcycle champion
at his craft will give another dimension to your
understanding of control of the single track vehicle..

bottom line being perhaps wider appreciation of
whats possible riding a motorcycle..
thus, confidence inspiring, etc..
for many this is simply very interesting
and exciting in a positive way, including
those who do not, ride motorcycles..

so you can practice stretching and yoga forms
and/or various beneficial massage techniques
while you feed your mind and brain moto3...

read up of course on anything, stimulated from
observing top motorcycle racers doing their thing..
but helps to supplement reading etc with direct
imagery of real motorcycle riding events :)

anything harmless that gives genuine pleasure
should be entered into with complete abandonment..

more snow?

that sucks, its like winter won't end for you guys...
No kidding. Winter hasn't necessarily been cold as much as looooonnngggg! We have enjoyed a balmy day here and there where the bike can be taken on a short burn but, my 250 is sold and I'm waiting upon my new "boy". This past 12 hours our temp has dropped 22 degrees. I have the migraine to prove it. Woe is me....waaaaahhhhhh!!!!! Lol

I know :( We have had such a mild winter and now that its getting nearer the end of the winter season, its starting to hit us hard all of a sudden!
That's exactly the feeling right now in Northwestern Ontario. The winter has been mild. I took my WR250R for a good ride on January 10th. There was no snow. And it was 8C outside. Now, suddenly in March, when the average daytime high is supposed to be above freezing, with everything melting, our temperatures are feeling more like January! My regular riding season usually starts around now! :(

Yeah unfortunately we're starting to get that cold **** down here in South Oz, I heard there's a minor heatwave in the next couple of weeks but after that it's probably going to get chilly and wet :(

Won't stop me riding though :D
