In Queensland, Australia, our police force does something on facebook called What The Friday. They post an image of something they found that left them either gobsmacked or that they found funny.
This week's was pretty good.

Can't blame the man for trying!

You can get a DUI here in queensland without the motor on it:confused:
If you're intoxicated and in the car with keys on you, even if you're not in the driver seat, you can be DUI'd for having "Intent to operate a vehicle while under the influence". So don't sleep in your car while drunk.

Aaahhh... DUI's... A way to inject money into the system. I have seen many individuals arrested on trumped up charges. Oh well... Don't drink and sleep in your car, sit in your car, or look at your car. A hefty fine, jail time, and higher insurance rates await you so the police department "can make bank bro!"

on drunks in cars - sorry, this real factor in global road tolls
is totally unnecessary and without any redeeming feature
whatsoever.. todays understandings of alcohol effects
on the human brain make it self evident that alcohol
affected brains have no place in control of vehicles
on public roads.. any sympathy for the drunks
is far outweighted by concern for innocent folks
being run down and killed waiting at busstops
or driving home from work or whatever
or just someones mom walking back
from the shops, pushing her pram..

alcohol aside from general negative effects on
brain function including reflex responses etc,
also increases potential aggression including
as manifests in road rage, such as running
down motorcycles and motorcyclists...

this is not, about taking drugs generally,
but specifically about drunken driving..

In California, those are legal up to 49cc without a helmet or license. Just add it on your bike and ride :D
Ha!
Nothing is legal here.

Where I work, in Victoria Australia, we have about two people ride those types of setups in every day. One is an actual BMX. I might try and snap some photos tomorrow of them.

I dont know the rules and regulations, but I'm quite certain they are legal here.
