Great idea. That would be very versatile off road and on if they put a real light package on it. They will be expensive at first but the best mountain bike components are very nice. On par with the best motocross racing forks and shocks. Micro adjustable via air for preload and compression platform with knobs for rebound damping. Incredible disc brakes are also right off the shelf though they are using moto wheels so might as well use the moto brakes. 8 inch downhill bicycles that can handle any jump or 100 foot drop have been around for years. now, just add an engine.

$5000 US is not unreasonable for that. Same as a top tier downhill bicycle.
