Ordered it from Biohazardcycles.com and it arrived after only about two days :D

Having recently installed a full LeoVince exhaust from Biohazard the night prior I expected this task to be quite easy. I mean what is taking off a mudflap compared to swapping out a header, link pipe, and muffler where you have to remove fairings?

Well it took me over 3 hours to put on this fender eliminator.

The whole process was a pain for several reasons. The plastic pieces Hotbodies sends you to serve as replacement brackets and washers etc. are all very shoddily manufactured. The holes cut into the plastic pieces are often not completely round and cut uneven as if a schoolkid with a pair of scissors performed the work. There were even a couple of times the the holes weren't centered on their respective brackets. The instructions they send have pictures but they're all way too dark to actually get any use out of. A few of the steps are vague and lend you to taking stuff off in the wrong order or putting it back on in the wrong order.

And it probably wasn't worth $50 and a headache to eliminate the fender... Lesson learned.

Most of us have already been here.

I started working on this project on fair weather day. I was about halfway finished when the rain started.

All in all, I like the elim better than the stock setup. However, I would cake on some epoxy all over the bracket to strengthen it. I cracked the bracket when removing my bike cover and now it bounces a bit.
