Actually I believe the valve check/adjustment is the most important part for the 600 miles service. My dealer told me around $200. Said he has the service manual but not the manual that tells them what to charge(?).
He did say they need it over night because the engine has to be absolutely cold to do the valve adjustments.

You're supposed to have the valves checked at 600 miles per Honda. Next valve check isnt till 16,000 miles.
