Appreciate the effort, but didn't really see how you cleaned it. I just see the tools and materials and something about cardboard. Is the cardboard the last step after cleaning? You show this step before scrubbing.

I saw in the "crystal ball" that you managed to scratch the color of your exhaust.
Today I would buy that (T-rex):

Sorry, the video was very poorly shot as I didn't really plan to shoot for it and was a last minute decision using my phone. I pretty much narrated what to do and didn't show myself in action. The cardboard is to protect your tires from the kerosene and lubricant spray. You DO NOT want to get lubricant on your tires for obvious reasons. I used the cardboard during the entire time I was spraying the cleaner, scrubbing, and lubricating to avoid contact with the tires. Once finished, I simply removed the cardboard and reinstalled the plastic panels. One thing to note, you do want to wait at least 30mins after cleaning to allow the kerosene to dry or else you will be spraying lubricant on a wet chain mixing with the kerosene for improper lubrication.

Thanks for the info, I've seen that adapter. Definitely a nice item to add to guarantee no contact. But when lifting I was very mindful of that area. It barely made contact there and surprisingly didn't leave a mark at all. You do need to make sure the L brackets are butted right up against the bracket as far back as possible on the arm though. FIY, i have the bikemaster paddock rear lift.

But It's impossible, you claim the "crystal ball" was wrong?
You suggest I replace the ball? It's impossible.
I pushed it as far back as possible, turned the spoon upwards to gain some more height, and the motorcycle was still sitting on the exhaust.

  NICE for you have them both!
  I gave up a "spool" in advance, and only ordered "the spoons"...I did not know there was a problem of collision with the muffler etc.

Forgot to add, without rear-wheel lift, you can also use automotive jack to lift rear-wheel. Three contact patches needed to be stable: front-wheel, side-stand, jack.
