EDIT: Just realised I posted this in 'Other Honda Motorcycles' rather than 'Other Motorcycles'. Would an admin mind moving it if that's ok?

Zhejiang Jiajue Motorcycle Manufacturing have released pictures of their upcoming R12. Looks like they haven't bothered to change much.

And in blue.

Here are some of the original links where I found the images.

aside from the cheap photoshop job on the pics, the website lists 22kW (29hp) 170kph top speed and a 17L petrol tank. So unless the numbers are as dodgy as the snaps, there must be something a little different even if not the styling

[2006] was a year of strange, partly-formed cars with crooked badges and signs and speeches with ill-translated marketing messages. It was the year Changfeng Motors showed off its Black Giant SUV, proudly proclaiming in a video that, "strong power drives its mighty body!" and then Changfeng's Chairman Li took to the stage and announced — to a massive crowd of international media — "I am going to come all over you."

Agreed. Pretty sure I can spell "'shopped!!".

The first image is a bodgie PS job of a stock CBR250R, but missing the grip on the far side which they accidentally removed when they cut it out from the original pic, and there are clear cut out / past in bits.

All three bikes are completely different - the first one has a plain rotor, the last one has dual petal rotors.

The shape of the muffler heat guard varies from rounded corners to sharper ones. The placement of the muffler is different in the last two because in one it totally obscures the rear disc while the other it less than half covers it (and its not just the angle).

To make it worse, these knock off jobs (not that there is an actual CBR250R rip off if these are the pics!) copy the original totally (they are very good at that) including design errors and defects haha. My engineer bro in law laffs about it: he has seen a few of "his" products perfectly reproduced including errors like extra bits of plastic on components resulting from an error in the mold they they never bothered to re-tool to remove haha.
