I don't get on the forums as much as I used to anymore (maybe twice a week now) and it seems like I'm seeing more and more new people on here who keep posting all kinds of odd issues with their bikes.

Are they overreacting about anything they may feel while riding (and have read on the internet) or do I really have one of the few bikes that has no intermittent power/rattling/stalling/vibrating issues??

I even parked it 2 weeks ago and didn't touch it at all (office flooded so I've been working from home) until today and it fired right up, no stalling, no hiccups and performed just as good as always.

Guys...what do you expect. This is the 'Problem and issues' section, anyone in the forum with issues come here to see if there is a solution to the problem and make their voices heard.

The 'General' section is where everyone without problems hang out.

I didn't even notice this was posted in the Problems and Issues section. Point taken.

There is alot of '!!!!!!!THE SKY IS FALLING, HONDA SUCKS!!!!!!! ' threads
Maybe they are Kawasaki dealers, but most sound very new to motorcycles.

We all ride the same bike which makes the forum even more bizarre.
Its a Honda.
Its sweet.
The internet on the other hand does not have the same quality controls.

Those, like you and I, without problems spend time on their bikes, making their engine heard. ;-)
Well said, sir. Well said.

I thought mine was developing a rattle the other day, then I just realized I was drumming on the tank along with my tunes while at a stop light. :D

This is what irks me. Why do some of you with no problems continue to come into the 'Problems and Issues' section and dump on people who have problems?

It's like going to the hospital just to brag to the patients about how healthy you are.

Stop being such jerks and leave the 'Problem and issues' section to posters who have a problem and posters who want to help.

Considering we can't get a single one of the rattle babies to stick a hose to their ear and find where the rattle is coming from, and numerous professional motorcycle mechanics have said they found no issues... well... shame on those who are rattle babies for muddying the waters for those who have real problems.

Nothing new. When I bought my new-gen Ninja250R the forums were full of this stuff over there too.
Mostly about false neutrals and starting problems.
New bike owners just love to over-analyze every sound they hear.
My CBR isn't the first bike I've owned, but it's the best running one I've owned by leaps and bounds.
It's my first Honda, but Big Red's reputation for quality is such that I'm getting exactly the experience I expected.
Can't really say that about the other brands I've owned.

I'm answering the Thread question even though it apparently under the wrong section:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

My bike is reliable, fun, fiesty, no rattles, no stalls, NO ISSUES. I'm begining to wonder if I'm blind or deaf?????? Maybe I need to look harder? Or maybe I'm the "Scarlett O'Hara" of this forum and I'm ignoring the potentially hidden problems for "another day".....:D:rolleyes:

Either way, Ima happy with my bike:)

True. The problems and issues section should be for problems and issues.

Unfortunately, many (not all) of the problems are repetitive threads about the normal characteristics of a cheap motorcycle. Buy a $25,000 Goldwing and complain about it's lack of refinement. Not a $4000 single. Enjoy it. It's by far the best $4000 motorcycle you can buy.

I'm in the wrong section!?!? NO WAY!! I mean, at the time I started the thread it seemed as my bike was the only one with no mechanical issues. It sounded like a problem to me as if my bike wasn't made by the same company that made all the defective ones! Just saying... :D
