Nice man. I really want a pair of these to run in. Did you get them from the website or from a retailer?
Do you mind if I ask how much you paid?

I'm always looking for a comfortable pair of shoes. And I work in the middle of the night, so it doesn't really matter what I am wearing.
Do you think they would make me want to take up running?

Ironically, my motorcycle boots are the most comfortable shoe I own.
i havent tried them for running yet, i own these boots: Icon Reign Waterproof Boots - Street Motorcycle - Motorcycle Superstore
they arent the best for walking around in but i love them for ridding. i use to work retail and we had a few employees walking around in these. im gonna give it a few days before trying to run in them, so i get use to them.

I have a pair of KSO and Komodosports. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. I have run in my KSO after walking in them for some time and would not suggest it unless you are a very healthy weight. Aborigines that run barefoot are in very good shape and the more a person weighs the more force they put on their feet and ankles, plus they don't run on concrete. I would get the thicker bottom one for running, like the Komodosport.

Also, I have found a pair of flat boots that are very comfortable, because all the boots with heels are very uncomfortable. Try the Doc Marten's "Tobias".

I actually have 2 pairs and I wear them around the call center I work at, too. Kind of funny. The KSOs I have are a bit too small for me, though. I like wearing socks with them since the KSOs can get pretty rank since they don't have the antimicrobial stuff in them like the others so I just stick to my other pair.

Also, I sadly have to admit that I have ridden in them before. They are extremely comfortable and breath great but they're probably not the best thing to be in if you ever go down. Also, you have to lift a little higher to up shift so sometimes going form first to second can accidentally end in neutral. =\
