I've been riding my Vulcan 500 for about a year now and after seeing the CBR 250 I fell in love. The styling is really awesome and it seems like a great "sports" bike to start on. As soon as I get some more riding experience I'm looking to get rid of the Vulcan 500 and start looking for a used CBR. Honestly I can't wait till I can start making my commute around Henderson and down to the Dam and get 50+ mpg.

Honestly I do really like my Vulcan, but it's just a little bulky for my taste and I definitely want fuel injection on my next bike so I figured between the FI, how flickable and fun the bike looks and how great the gas mileage is going to be the cbr was the best choice.

I figured the cbr would be extremely easy to learn on especially with my prior riding experience. I'm sure there are going to be some things I'll have to get use to like not having forward controls, but I can manage. I've also been scoping out some dealerships around town and have been in to sit on a few cbr's and love how upright the seating position is. Talking with the sale people has reinforced my choice too because they all are raving about how fun and easy these bikes are and how they only hear positive feedback from their customers who purchase them as well. I'm super excited to start looking for my new ride.

Thank you guys. I'm definitely excited about looking for my second bike! I'm been checking Craigslist and the dealership websites for a used model but I'm willing to get a new bike if nothing comes up in the next couple months. See you guys around the forums.
