The LED's on my instrument cluster have gone out. How do I replace them?

That's a given

Fact that ALL of them went out points to wiring-issue or fuse in harness outside of cluster. The LEDs are soldered onto circuit-board, so not easy to replace.

Does instruments work? Speed & odo?
Does front marker-lights work?

If you've confirmed only issue with dash is LED back-lighting, then you just unsolder them and solder new ones one.
