Congratulations! I'm waiting on mine, hopefully next Thursday. . . . I can't wait!Greetings! My name is Jeana, I'm from Washington. I just got the black (non-ABS) one last Friday. This is my very first bike, I had just got my endorsment earlier that same week. So far I've got to say I really enjoy it, even though it's still kinda scary because I'm so little, but I am getting more comfortable with it. I wanted to get it lowered about an inch but they said they couldn't do that yet, unless I shave the seat.
I got all my gear before I got the bike, but it's still hard to get riding time with all the rain around here. (lol) Only logged about 140 miles. Great on back roads, and on the freeway!
The only problem I have experienced so far is that the reset button on mine didn't work when I got it. They said they would order a new part as soon as they could but since its still so new they have no clue how long or what exactly you need to replace that. Also, I had it warming up for a few mins then turned it off. When I tried to start it back up it wouldn't unless I gave it some gas. It then proceeded to "spudder" when I tried to rev it for about 20 secs then it returned to normal. It was low on gas, maybe about 3/4 of a gallon, but I didn't know if this should happen with the fuel injection?
ANYWAYS! I'm rambling so I will end it here.
Anyway, what's this reset button??
