Grat's on the new bike! I got my motorcycle permit and then went to the dealer and bought my bike in the same day hahaha. How little are we talking? I'm 5'6" and tippy toe on it but after 230 miles I feel quite comfortable on it.

As far as the flooding, that shouldn't happen with fuel injection you are right. However if you didn't let it warm up before shutting it off these things are a little cold blooded and that could potentially cause a minor flooding situation. Just try to make it a practice to let the bike warm up. If the problem persists then you might want to get it checked out.

I thought my reset button was broken the first time, tried a bit harder and it ended up working though. Sounds like you tried everything though.

The point of EFI is that they're not cold blooded. Probably some bad fuel.
True except it's a single cylinder engine. They are a lot rougher when they are cold then they are once they warm up. Need to get the oil flowing and the compression up to spec (cold engines always have lower compression)
