No reason to be sad as long as you have a bike, (sorry Jersey). Especially if the CBR's youre first bike you made a great choice.
Gave the wife the HD and the Volusia has an electrical problem, keeps eatin batteries.

Just had it built last year. Now that I got rid of the sleds and boat I have plenty of room. No room for the cars though cause of the bikes.
Kids have there skateboards and bikes in the shed with all the power equipment.

My first bike, 81 Yamaha XJ550 Maxim that I bought in 1985. Had it for years. **** fast too. Learned how to ride a bike when I rode it home, first time on a bike. Stole the pic off the net. I do have polaroids of it though! Had a lot of bikes since then, CBR's the first one to bring back that super fun stupid grin on your face since the 550.

Couple of my friends had Yamaha twin cyl 400 specials that looked real similiar. Mine had a little trunk below the rear grab handle. You could fit a can of beer in it! Rode rain, shine or snow on that thing.
