I designed produced and installed a wrap for my own bike. Hope everyone likes it.

I did the entire thing in 3 days. One day for designing, one for printing, and one whole day to dissemble, wrap, and resemble but it was alot of work.

I would think it would do pretty well, my heat shield never got too hot, I could (and did) place my hand on it even after a long ride without a burn. It get's hot, but nothing compared to what the muffler goes through.

Love it, and since it is just wrapping, we still can remove it right? without damaging the original finish? I'm just planning on doing the same thing with a Gear of War theme on my red one, any advice?

The heat shield will be fine. It will withstand heat up over a couple hundred degrees. The vinyl is easily removed clean with no residue and lasts up to seven years. We use it on all the vehicle wraps. I've had alot of people come up and ask about it already. Actually makes the bike look larger.
