About a month ago, a Montreal Honda dealer had the CBR125RS Repsol listed for $3495.00 CND, out the door. I haven't checked the exchange rate recently, but a month ago it was about even with the US dollar. I wouldn't mind getting one of those bikes, I'm sure it would be a blast to ride.
Yeah I think they'd be a blast. I also happen to live in a very flat area. I think this bike could really be a great city commuter for me.

Weirdly enough, I'll actually be in Montreal in two weeks. I may stop by at a dealer there to sneak a look at one. I'll be at the candy store with no money.:(

Tons of CBR125R's available in Toronto or Ottawa. I looked up all the red tape here.

One guy in Florida carries bikes back and forth to Canada all of the time and says the border police never ask to see papers. Registering a Canadian car in the US might be impossible but some people do have Canadian bikes.
Is this the same for new and used bikes?

I don't really know enough about importing a Canadian bike to the US to say. I might try it next summer.
Thanks for the info.

Depending on my commute next year I am contemplating on finding a way to pick one up. Most of my commuting is inner city, state, and county roads. Usually 45-50MPH speed limits.
