I've got an ancient 1980 CB125n single in the shed. Simple motorcycling.

Do you think you might be too tall to fit on it?
Yes but for the amount of road riding I do nowadays it wouldnt matter, its just for the odd sunny days to tootle round on, go to the beach etc, its too time consuming converting the 250 back to road use all the time. (and it wears out my BT003's)

Ive got a little old 1980 cb125n ive had since 1992 thats now unregistered but a mate has offered a good price for it as he wants to restore it.. its very straight.

That way I can complete the RZ500 (owned since 1986) properly back to showroom condition over the next few yrs and still have the 250 for track only.
Ive a soft spot for small motorcycles even tho i've had heaps of big bores... that part of my life is over, owned em, toured em, wheelied em, stunted em, and lived to tell the tale.

Gettin old haha.

*Edit- plus I can ride a speed triple & some other very exotic custom bikes every now and then, and Ive got a KFX700 as well on the farm.

US prices are cheap
4k for the 250 vs our 6k
11k for the 600 vs our 16k
13k for the 1000 vs our 19k

and dont get me started on outboard motors!.. My Honda 90hp was 15k vs 8k in the USA and yet our dollar is stronger.
USA has the cheapest fuel too, its $1.50-1.60 per litre here but still cheap by world standaards.

But wages are alot higher here so its all relative I suppose.

And the Indian bikes are built down to a price with shoddy components and indian quality, thus all the complaints about it.

Honda Australia claims 10kw (13.41hp)
and 137kg 'Kerb weight (hopefully that means wet weight)

So she's no performer, 120kph, bout the same as my ported & polished hi compression 1980 cb125n down a hill haha, but no doubt handles alot better and far more civilised.
