I've made two other threads in the general forum, but I figure I'll come here and use this subforum for the purpose it was created. =)

I'm a 26 year old ex-Army pseudo college student pseudo professional. I'm working as a software engineer right now and taking classes from DePaul University in little spurts. Ideally, I want to get a degree in game development from them and join Chicago's bustling game development scene. I've been playing with computers since I was 10 and programming since I was 14, so all of this is a lot of fun for me.

I also race my car on occasion (2003 VW Passat 1.8T FWD 5MT) and work on it a lot. Hopefully, as Honda is notorious for making their bikes/cars easy to take apart, all the money I've spent on specific tools for my German car won't be added to by the Japanese bike. =)

Other uses of free time include skydiving and martial arts tricks. Tricking is like stunt work without the movie. To illustrate, I'll share a video of a friend of mine (who's many orders of magnitude better than I am).

That's a pretty decent summary of how I spend my time. Hello to all. =D

Empty Sea - Thanks man! I work in Elk Grove Village and live in Humboldt Park. We should chill sometime. =)
