Sounds like you have a bad "ground" connection. Remember that grounds (also called "commons") are using the frame as part of the ground system. Check the ground ring terminals for corrosion where they mount to the frame.
No Power going to dash
I use the bike pretty much daily no issues for the past 2 months , I left it parked up for the weekend and when I came back I Turned the key and got no lights on the dash , I checked the battery it's reading at 12.7 volts , I checked the fuses (they were all good ) I was able to bypass the ignition and all the lights + fuel pump work as they should bike starts and runs but I can't drive around with the bike hotwired , has anyone on here had similar problems ?
