I made my own rear wheel stand. Cost $40 Instead of $186 for a shop one. It will only fit a cbr 250r as its not adjustable

I made a home made stand out of rural gate fittings and 25mm square metal tube. The L shape bracket rotates on a 16mm pin and it cannot free wheel due to close tolerances and a wave washer to keep it in one spot.See my pictures in the gallery under basil.

Well done Basil! Impressive, I for one believe these stands are COMPLETELY overpriced, costs to make one are probably in the order of $10 - $20. They rip us off on some heap of metal.

Did you weld all that yourself?

P.S. I love the handle...:p
