Oh I'm sure they'd be nice to have, I'm guessing they'd be an absolute pain to install though
On the page, that the OP linked, it states that there is no cutting or bike modifications needed. I wouldn't think it should be difficult to install.

Ok, let me take that back. There will always be difficulty, but it should not be that bad.

I think it is a neat idea, but I feel I would want do more research, as far as the installation and lighting quality goes, before I purchase and install.

But, fml, I don't have a bike yet.

the problem is that hightechspeed.com does not make them yet that I know of. I spoke to them and was told they are coming soon. I put the x-arcs on another bike and they are really bright, and running lights front and rear. installing the flush mounts will be no more difficult mechanically than removing the fairing and a nut. you may need to add a wire and a resistor to each side for the leds to flash. these are seriously bright leds, when they are made I will get them. I will use the flushmount on the front, and x-arc on the rear.

What, the lights?

What do they do?
HighTechSpeed - motorcycle high technology
you dont need them for the track.
stock cbr250 has running lights on the front only. these do ther same on the front, but much brighter.
on the rear the x-arc duo has red running, extra brightness added for braking, and amber turn. there is a video on the link, the camera is close to the bike. If you get that close to the lights with your face, the brightness hurts your eyes. Car drivers see these lights.

Nope but flushmounts will reduce your bike's visibility angles (assuming equal brightness) & the narrower profile of your bike will give other motorists the illusion that you are farther away than you are, possibly convincing them they have the time to make a (left/right) turn in front of you.

Brighter lights would help to offset that but...they would have to be ridiculously bright to offset the narrow profile effect before I considered them.
